Please read this agreement carefully, Complete the relevant information by clicking on button and submit promptly so as to avoid disappointment. 

 

 Upon acknowledgement and confirmation by moon Faces Face painting your returned signed Service Agreement and deposit will hold your date and time.

 

Minimum booking time is one hour. You will be required to pay the full amount  of time booked even if all your guest do not arrive at the expected time. You will be required to pay 40% booking fee, which is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 10 day notice.

 

Balance payment is due on the day of your event, before services are rendered in cash.

We provide all our own table, chairs, etc.. however we do require that you provide a suitable sheltered space out of the sun, wind, rain etc... for OH&S reasons.  If indoors, an area with sufficient lighting will be needed.

 

If there are adverse working conditions such as; inappropriate behavior, illegal activity or proper shelter not provided and not rectified by the client once it has been brought up by to their attention. We reserve the right to leave without refunding any monies.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that is intoxicated, abusive or otherwise displaying unsociable or inappropriate behavior (adult or children). 

 

Liability Statement: Artist has liability insurance. Artist is not liable for allergic reactions. Those with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate. We will not paint those with cuts, abrasions, eczema, conjunctivitis, cold sores, or any obvious health issues. 

 

The artist will take reasonable care, we will not be responsible for damage to clothing or property. The client agrees to pay for any accidents, injuries and/or damage to the artist equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests. The behavior of pets and guest is the responsibility of the client or the parents. Artist cannot see other children and what they are doing while she is painting.

 

Please either leave a space open in front of the house or in the driveway so artist can unload  her equipment.
